Terms of Service

These Lyric Boost Service Terms ("Terms") explain the relationship between Rhythmarkable LLC ("Lyric Boost," "we," or "us") and you when you access and use lyricboost.com and its related domains (together, the "Site") and/or download, install, use, and purchase Lyric Boost's proprietary software applications (including all related documentation, updates, and upgrades) and any other services offered through the Site (the "Lyric Boost Services").

1. License Grant

The Lyric Boost Services are owned by Lyric Boost and are licensed, not sold, to you. Lyric Boost grants you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license (without the right to sublicense) to access and use the Site and Lyric Boost Services subject to these Terms.

2. Use of Lyric Boost Services

2.1 Registration

You are required to register and create an account to use the Lyric Boost Services. You agree to maintain and update your account information to ensure accuracy.

2.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account. You agree not to use the Lyric Boost Services for illegal, offensive, or objectionable conduct. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the technical requirements to access the Lyric Boost Services and for any data or messaging fees incurred through mobile use.

2.3 Our Responsibilities

Lyric Boost will provide services in accordance with these Terms and maintain reasonable security measures to protect user data. We reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Lyric Boost Services at our discretion.

2.4 Availability

We strive to keep the Lyric Boost Services available 24/7, except for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or technical failures. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

3. User Content

By using the Lyric Boost Services, you may submit, upload, or create content such as lyrics, recordings, or musical compositions ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Lyric Boost a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use your content as necessary for service functionality. You represent that you have the rights to your User Content and that it does not violate intellectual property laws.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Lyric Boost Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to Lyric Boost Services and associated User Content may be restricted or deleted.
